About the Role:
Bangor is a well connected business location with a strong local community, and at Pilger Business Services, we bring that same practical and dependable approach to office operations and client support. We help businesses keep their daily administration, records, communication, and internal processes organised and running smoothly.
We are looking for an Office Operations Coordinator who can support day to day office activities and help maintain clear communication between teams, clients, suppliers, and management. You are not just handling paperwork; you are helping keep tasks organised, records accurate, and daily operations moving in the right direction.
You will work closely with administration, client support, finance, and operations teams to make sure information is updated, requests are followed up, and office processes are completed accurately and on time.
Why Work With Us?

Office Structure: We believe good office operations come from accurate records, clear processes, and consistent follow up. Your work will help keep the business organised and responsive.
Client Focus: We support businesses that rely on timely communication, dependable administration, and smooth coordination. You will help maintain a professional experience for clients and internal teams.
Growth: This role is suitable for someone who wants to build a stable career in office administration, business operations, client coordination, or office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Office Support: Coordinate routine office activities, internal updates, client requests, supplier follow ups, and general administrative tasks.
Record Management: Maintain accurate spreadsheets, contact records, filing systems, office documents, invoices, and operational trackers.
Team Coordination: Work with administration, client support, finance, and operations teams to share updates and keep tasks moving on schedule.
Communication: Respond professionally to emails, calls, and internal messages, ensuring information is clear and directed to the right person.
Process Follow Up: Monitor pending tasks, missing documents, office requests, and service issues, then escalate concerns when needed.
Reporting: Prepare simple activity summaries, office updates, task reports, and operational notes for supervisors or management.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in office administration, operations support, customer service, client coordination, or business support is preferred.
Organisation: You can manage multiple tasks, update records accurately, and follow office processes carefully.
Communication Skills: You can write clear emails, speak professionally, and coordinate confidently with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
Attention to Detail: You notice missing information, document errors, and deadline risks before they become bigger problems.
Tooling: You are comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, shared files, calendars, and basic office systems.
Mindset: You are dependable, practical, and calm under pressure. You know how to prioritise work, follow up properly, and keep office operations running smoothly.
Pay: £2,200.00-£2,600.00 per month
