Job description
SLW is looking to recruit a General Handy person to work in our care homes. You would be part of a friendly team, no previous experience of working in a care home required as you will receive on the job support.
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
· To deal with repairs to fixtures and fittings, including , changing out like for like, basins, toilets, lights, switches, painting, clearing gutters and general upkeep of buildings,
· Sourcing/collecting materials and equipment;
· To follow maintenance managers instructions;
. To be able to travel to three homes in the local area.
· Full driving licence required
