We have an opportunity for experienced and non experienced Production Workers to join our team at St. James Smokehouse (Scotland) Ltd.
We are passionate about producing premium smoked salmon products for retail, food service, wholesale, and export markets.

We are growing and we’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable food process workers to join our team on a full time basis.
The duties will include:
- Working on a production line — filleting, trimming, grading, and packing Salmon.
- Machine operating safely & efficiently.
- Preparing smoked salmon for further processing.
- Preparing smoked salmon retail packs on a process line.
- Sleeving, labelling and boxing finished goods for dispatch.
- Meeting daily targets with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Completing paperwork where required.
- Minimising waste and maintaining excellent housekeeping standards.
- Following all Health & Safety and hygiene requirements.
We are looking for reliable candidates to start immediately on the following shift pattern:
Monday - Friday: 6.00am - 2.30pm
Overtime is required when necessary.
Experience is beneficial but full training will be given to the successful candidate.
