Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Wealth Adviser to join our employed team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering holistic financial advice and building long-term client relationships. You’ll work with clients across various life stages, helping them achieve their financial goals through tailored strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent financial advice across pensions, investments, and estate planning.
- Conduct comprehensive fact finds and develop bespoke financial plans.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients through referrals, networking, and internal leads.
- Collaborate with mortgage and protection advisers to ensure seamless cross-service delivery.
- Use TFA’s digital tools including encrypted client portals and cash flow modelling software.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in regular CPD activities, team meetings, and marketing initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent).
- Proven experience in financial advice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical advice and client-centric service.
- Comfortable with digital tools and remote client engagement.
- Must have full driving license.

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
