Join Sodexo as a Cleaner at Newbold Revel Training College in Rugby, where you’ll be part of a friendly team helping to keep the college clean, safe, welcoming and well maintained for staff, learners and visitors.
This is a fantastic Monday to Friday opportunity, offering a consistent working pattern while still providing variety throughout your day.
As a Cleaner, you’ll take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across a range of areas, including communal spaces, offices, kitchens and other facilities. You’ll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone onsite.
Full training and support will be provided, so if you’re reliable, approachable and take pride in delivering a great standard of cleaning, we’d love to hear from you!
What you'll do:

Complete scheduled cleaning across kitchens, meeting rooms, offices, toilets and accommodation areas, including making/stripping beds and handling clean linen.

Maintain high cleaning standards and replenish stock such as toilet roll, hand soap, sanitiser and other consumables across the site.

Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures, including COSHH, infection control, security requirements and wearing the correct PPE.

Report any issues or concerns such as faulty equipment, hazards or safety observations to your Line Manager.

Be flexible and work as part of the team, supporting other areas and covering holidays or absences when required. A good level of physical fitness is needed for the role.
What you bring:

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate office environment.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Able to work independently while also being a supportive team member.

Good understanding of data protection and the importance of confidentiality.

Strong attention to detail, high standards and a willingness to complete any additional training required for the role.
