Salary: £16,380 per annum
Hours: 3 days per week (22.5 hours) | 9:30am – 6:00pm
Contract: Permanent (subject to successful probation)

We are looking for a proactive, organised and creative Executive Assistant & Social Media Coordinator to join our small but dynamic team in Ascot.
This is a varied role combining executive support, administration, social media management and event coordination. You'll be at the heart of the business, helping to keep operations running smoothly while supporting our growing digital presence.
The Role
You will provide day-to-day administrative support whilst managing social media activity across Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, tech-savvy, creative and have a genuine interest in the beauty, aesthetics and wellness industry.
This is an office-based position and would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Managing Instagram and TikTok accounts
- Planning, editing and scheduling content
- Creating engaging reels, stories and posts
- Filming and editing short-form video content
- Writing captions and social copy
- Monitoring trends and identifying content opportunities
- Supporting audience engagement and community management
- Maintaining a social media content calendar
Executive Assistant & Administration
- Diary and schedule management
- Appointment booking and client coordination
- General office administration and filing
- Managing stock and office supplies
- Processing invoices and bills
- Assisting with website updates and content uploads
- Supporting newsletter creation and distribution via Mailchimp
- Liaising with suppliers, partners and industry contacts
- Assisting with business operations and ad hoc projects
Events & Industry Support
- Assisting with planning and delivery of industry events
- Coordinating guest schedules and logistics
- Creating event materials using Canva
- Liaising with suppliers and event partners
- Organising goody bags, printed materials and event collateral
- Supporting event-day operations
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram and TikTok)
- Strong Canva skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple Mac
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Positive, proactive attitude
Desirable
- Experience within beauty, aesthetics, wellness, luxury, lifestyle or events
- Knowledge of Mailchimp
- Basic website content management experience
- Experience filming and editing social media content
