Sales Executive
Laybrook are one of the leading Adjustable bed manufacturers in the UK with over 20 years experience in the Adjustable Bed and Riser Recliner Chair Industry. Due to continued growth we have an exciting opportunity available for a full time Sales Executive to join a friendly team based in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
The successful candidate will earn a basic of £22,000 plus commission. Earning on average £27,000 - £30,000 OTE with the potential for more if you have the drive to succeed . The ideal candidate will need to be pro-active, organised and with a keen eye for detail.
Laybrook primarily sells Online / over the phone, but does also have a showroom so candidates must be comfortable selling face to face.
Role Requirements
- Learn and maintain knowledge about our products, services and prices.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
- Process Sales enquiries online and over the phone
- Carry out face-to-face demonstrations in our showroom
- Call potential leads obtained from online enquiries.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have.
- Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
- Track and document calls and sales on our software systems.
- Update client records
- Attain sales targets.
Skills / Experience
- Previous Sales experience is essential and Telesales experience is ideal.
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services.
- Patient and friendly personality

Basic Hours: Mon - Thurs 09:00 - 17:30, Fri 09:00 - 16:00.
Hours on a rota basis: Fri until 17:30, Sat 10:00 - 13:00, Bank Holidays.
