We are looking for hard-working, committed and passionate individuals for part-time Line Chef positions.
The role will suit those looking for part-time hours to work around education, family commitments, etc, flexibility is ideal with the majority of hours available at the weekend.
Experience of working in a busy, high volume kitchen is preferable and you should have a passion for food.
However, we are also happy to consider anyone with experience in the industry from areas such as barista coffees/cocktail making. Passion and interest will make up for any shortcomings in specific knowledge or experience at the start.
Good organisational and time managing skills are essential, many dishes are prep heavy to ensure quick speed of service.
Must be able to work as part of a team and a good communicator.
Applicant must be over 18 and be able to work weekends.
Key responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be working within a focused and professional environment, cooking food to spec as part of our kitchen team, reporting to the Head Chef and General Manager.
- Ensuring full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times.
- Ensuring thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of the menu.
- Ensuring that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures.
