Operating as part of a professional field crew, you will travel to a diverse range of commercial and industrial kitchens across the UK. Your core responsibility will be carrying out specialist cleaning of kitchen grease extract and ventilation systems to strict TR19 standards.
This is a dynamic, physical, and hands-on role where every day is different. Because our work must minimise disruption to busy commercial kitchens, this position requires a high degree of flexibility, involving evening and night shifts, alongside occasional overnight stays away from home (with all expenses fully covered).
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform deep cleaning, grease removal, and compliance maintenance on commercial kitchen extract networks, hoods, and canopy ductwork in strict accordance with TR19 guidelines.
- Travel as part of a dedicated team across the UK, managing night and evening shift allocations efficiently to meet strict client schedules.
- Ensure all completed works are thoroughly documented, recording data or photos as required to prove compliance.
- Comfortably manage regional and national travel, including occasional overnight stays away from home, ensuring company vehicles and equipment are looked after responsibly.
- Adhere strictly to on-site health and safety regulations, including risk assessments, COSHH guidelines, and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience of practical, hands-on experience in kitchen extract, ductwork hygiene, or TR19 specialist cleaning (Essential).
- Flexibility to work evening and night shifts, alongside the flexibility to travel and stay overnight when the workload requires it.
- Hard-working, reliable individuals who takes genuine pride in the quality of their work and thrives in a physical, team-based environment.
