Weekend & Evening Bar Person – The Wellington Bar, Falkirk
The Wellington Bar in Falkirk is looking for a reliable, friendly and hardworking Bar Person to join our team.
This role will involve working a mixture of evening and weekend shifts, including responsibility for opening and closing the premises.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Serving drinks and handling payments.
- Opening and preparing the bar for service.
- Carrying out end-of-night closing procedures.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Stocking and replenishing bar supplies.
- Following all licensing, health & safety and company procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Able to work independently and use initiative.
- Confident handling cash and card transactions.
- Friendly and professional with customers and colleagues.
- Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
