Hilton & Moss was founded on a passion for classic and performance cars. Based in Bishop’s Stortford, our state-of-the-art facilities house some of the world’s rarest and most desirable vehicles. The site includes a two-storey showroom, a 150-car secure storage facility, and fully equipped workshops dedicated to restoration, servicing, machining, engine building, interior trimming and race car preparation.
We are seeking skilled technicians to join our classic and performance car service team. Successful candidates will work on a wide variety of models from marques such as Lotus, TVR, Aston Martin, Ferrari and more. The ideal applicant will be an experienced sports and supercar technician, a natural problem solver, and confident in adapting their skills to both modern performance and classic cars.
About the Role
- Working on Lotus, TVR, Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, Aston Martin and other sports & supercar marques
- Conducting basic and detailed services across classic and performance cars
- Running diagnostics and identifying faults mechanically and electronically
Required Attributes
- Good communication skills
- Proven track record within the automotive industry
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Proactive - delivering in agreed time frames
- Full clean driver's licence
Must have experience with manufacturers.
Up to £1,000 starting bonus for successful candidates.

Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
