Job Summary:
Selnet Optima Network Solutions Ltd is looking for a Network Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operation, performance, and reliability of network infrastructure and technology services. What you'll do:
- Supervise the daily operation and performance of network infrastructure and IT services.
- Coordinate network maintenance, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support the delivery of reliable network services across business operations.
- Monitor network performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technical support teams.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, operational procedures, and industry standards.
- Assist with incident management, problem resolution, and service restoration.
- Prepare operational reports, network performance metrics, and service updates.
- Support infrastructure projects, system implementations, and technology upgrades.
- Stay informed on networking technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in network operations, IT infrastructure, technical support, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good understanding of network infrastructure, routing, switching, wireless networks, or cloud networking is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to service quality and continuous improvement.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.

Pay: £3,800.00-£5,400.00 per month
