Multi-Skilled Handyman – PPM
London | £46,800 + Overtime | Permanent PAYE
CC Cousins is looking for a Multi-Skilled Handyman to join our PPM team, working across regular commercial sites throughout London.
We’re looking for someone practical and experienced who can turn their hand to a variety of general maintenance and building fabric works.
The role will include:
- Changing locks, handles and ironmongery
- Painting and decorating
- Minor plumbing and toilet repairs
- Carpentry and joinery repairs
- Skirting, trims and architraves
- Replacing floor tiles
- General building fabric and maintenance repairs
- Routine PPM and preventative maintenance works
You’ll need:
- Previous commercial maintenance or handyman experience
- Good multi-trade skills
- A practical, can-do approach
- Ability to work independently and use your initiative
- Full UK manual driving licence
