We are looking for a fully qualified Hair Stylist on an employed basis with at least two years experience in all aspects of hairdressing .to join out friendly team must be fully qualified .
The successful candidate will be skillful in all aspects of hair styling, including cutting , colouring, foiling , up dos .curling and blowdrying and working with long and short hair it would be an advantage if the stylist was skilled in fitting hair extensions as well as skilled in working with clippers but this is not essential. ( self employed /chair rental would also be considered ) The successful candidate will be expected to work well in a fast-paced environment and deal with customers professionally and efficiently at all times. And be trustworthy and reliable
must be qualified to nvq/svq level 2 or above
Responsibilities:
- Discuss the cost of services and products with customers, using knowledge of pricing and product availability.
- Bring the stylist chair to the customer.
- Ask customers about the style that they desire in order to help them with their cut and colour/foils ect
- Use a blow dryer.
- Perform other duties as assigned by employer
- Work well on their own initiative and work well as part of a team
- if on a rent a chair basis you will be responsibile for running all aspects of your business

- Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or above (required)
