We operate mainly across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, with occasional projects requiring travel or overnight stays. A salary enhancement scheme is available for staff willing to work away.
We are now seeking an experienced Groundworker, ideally based in the Kettering area, to join our small, reliable team.
This position is offered as direct employment with F J Morris Contracting; it is not available on a subcontractor basis.

- Experienced Groundworker with strong practical skills
- Ideally living in or near Kettering
- Happy working in a small, close‑knit team
- Hardworking, reliable, honest, punctual, and able to work using your own initiative
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card required
- Plant tickets preferred
- Willing to travel
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday
- 07:30 – 17:00 (flexibility required depending on site needs)
