We are a fast-paced, high-volume bodyshop located in the heart of Forest Gate, and we are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer and Panel Beater to join our busy team immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Panel Beating: Perform complex structural and non-structural repairs, panel replacement, and bodywork alignment on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Paint Preparation & Spraying: Expertly prep, mask, prime, and paint vehicles to a factory-standard finish.
- Color Matching: Use advanced paint mixing systems to ensure perfect color matches every time.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough final inspections to ensure all repairs meet our rigorous quality and safety standards.
- Efficiency: Work productively within a fast-moving workshop environment while maintaining high levels of health and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in both panel beating and paint spraying within a professional bodyshop environment is essential.
- Skillset: Proficiency with modern body repair equipment, spray guns, and paint systems.
- Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Reliability: Able to work effectively under pressure to meet turnaround times without compromising on quality.
- Logistics: Must be able to commute reliably to our Forest Gate facility.
