Job Overview:
Having recently grown our team, we have one opening remaining for an Early Years Apprentice to join us at TCG. As an Apprentice, you will be fully supported on your journey to become an Early Years Educator. You will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. You will be responsible for supporting their growth and development through engaging activities and educational programs. We would particularly like someone who has an interest in Montessori and is keen to learn about Montessori practice.

Duties:
Learn about the development of young children and how to support their learning.
Help to create a safe and nurturing environment
Support staff with observations
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Collaborate with other educators to develop lesson plans and curriculum
Communicate effectively with children using clear and age-appropriate language
Provide support for children with special needs or learning difficulties
Attend professional development workshops
