The Role:
- Full-time SEN Teacher
- September start
- Based in Whitchurch
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to support every pupil's development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs
- A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential
