The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume brunch or casual-dining environment, with a passion for fresh food and consistency during busy services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking brunch, lunch and dinner items to spec
- Working cleanly and safely in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting the Head Chef with prep, service and daily kitchen duties
- Maintaining high food standards and presentation
- Helping with menu execution and seasonal specials
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen/chef experience is essential
- Brunch or casual dining background preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm during peak periods
- Reliable, punctual and hands-on
