We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative - Nights to join our busy warehouse team on a full-time, permanent basis. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy, and don't mind working in chilled conditions, we'd love to hear from you.
Working Hours
- Sunday: 10:00am – 3:30pm
- Monday to Thursday: 5:00pm – 3:30am
What you'll be doing
As a Night Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and dispatched on time.
Your duties will include:
- Accurately picking and packing food products using handheld scanning equipment.
- Preparing customer orders to meet dispatch deadlines.
- Loading and unloading deliveries (this role involves regular manual handling).
- Booking goods into our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Storing stock safely and correctly.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety and GMP standards.
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organised using a clean-as-you-go approach.
- Using warehouse equipment safely (full training provided).
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
- Can work permanent night shifts.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Is happy working in chilled temperatures between 2°C and -3°C.
- Has previous warehouse or food production experience (preferred but not essential).
Desirable (but not essential):
- Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- PPT Licence.
