Full-time, salary negotiable depending on experience.
Kitchen porter required for a busy village pub/restaurant operating 365 days of the year for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ideal candidate will have some experience in this or a similar role, but full training will be given for the right candidate.
Your day-to-day duties could include:
- unloading deliveries
- organising the storeroom
- collecting and washing pots, pans, plates and cutlery
- getting pots, pans plates and cutlery back into use quickly
- washing and disinfecting kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls
- making sure kitchen equipment is properly stored
- removing and recycling waste from the kitchen
