As a member of our Lifecycle Services team, you will provide operational and administrative services to support the complete employment journey of employees from recruitment to retirement.
This will involve tasks from advertising a vacancy through to offer of appointments, contract variations and termination of employment through the use of a HR/payroll integrated system iTrent. You will also administer the Council’s criminal records checking process through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
A sound administrator with experience of working in a human resources environment, you will have good I.T. skills and previous experience of using office systems. Working in a customer focused environment, you will have good communication skills, an ability to work in a fast paced office environment and meet a variety of deadlines.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
