About Us
We are an established, modern 13-surgery dental practice providing a wide range of NHS and private treatments, including crowns, bridges, dentures, implants and cosmetic dentistry. As part of our continued growth, we are launching our own dedicated dental laboratory located directly opposite our practice.
This is a unique opportunity to join us at the very beginning and play a key role in building a laboratory from the ground up.
We are not simply looking for someone to manufacture dental appliances—we are looking for someone who wants to help create a successful business.
The Opportunity
Initially, the laboratory will exclusively support our busy in-house dental practice, giving you a consistent workload and close collaboration with our clinicians. Working directly with dentists allows for excellent communication, faster turnaround times and the opportunity to continually improve patient outcomes.
As the laboratory becomes established, our ambition is to expand by providing laboratory services to other dental practices throughout the region.
For the right individual who demonstrates commitment, leadership and commercial awareness, there is genuine potential for a future partnership within the laboratory business.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate high-quality dental restorations including crowns, bridges, dentures, implant restorations and other prosthetic appliances.
- Work closely with our dentists to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
- Assist in developing efficient laboratory workflows and quality systems.
- Help establish laboratory protocols, stock management and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality control and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute ideas for improving processes and growing the laboratory.
- Support the future expansion of the laboratory as the business develops.
About You
