Office Administrators

About the Role
Mills Contracts is seeking experienced and organised Office Administrators to join our Civil Engineering and Utility Contracting team at our office in Dromore, Co. Tyrone.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals with strong administrative and organisational skills to play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations. The successful candidates will work closely with colleagues across the business, ensuring records, reports, and documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, maintain, and update records accurately and in a timely manner using both in-house and third-party data management systems.
· Prepare and organise fieldwork documentation and work packs.
· Carry out general office duties, including scanning, filing, and answering telephone calls.
· Respond professionally to client and customer enquiries.
· Produce, maintain, and manage a range of business reports to support operational and management decision-making.
· Work collaboratively as part of a team while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
Essential Criteria
· Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
· At least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics at Grade C or above.
· Knowledge of office administration procedures and basic accounting principles.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Confident using IT systems, databases, and digital record-keeping platforms.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience working within a Civil Engineering, Construction, or Utility Contracting environment.
