The Role & Training
Get stuck into the engine room of our busy production department. This is a brilliant, hands-on opportunity to learn a specialist trade from the ground up. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to help you master our manufacturing processes. Working as part of an established team, you will help transform high-end customer designs into luxury physical fabrics.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn and run hands-on production processes to strict standards.
- Maintain a sharp eye for detail to ensure all luxury products meet exact specifications.
- Keep production moving efficiently to hit your daily manufacturing targets.
- Work cross-functionally and flexibly across different areas of the factory floor.
- Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a smooth, safe workflow.
What We’re Looking For:
- Attitude: Reliable, enthusiastic, and hard-working with a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Great attention to detail, strong timekeeping, and an excellent attendance record.
- Vision: Good eyesight and colour vision are essential for our quality control.
- Experience: Factory experience is helpful, but absolutely not required.
