Based in Southam, Warwickshire, we design and manufacture high-quality tooling, jigs, and fixtures for a variety of industries, including automotive, composites, and vacuum forming.
We have experienced rapid growth over the past few years by combining exceptional craftsmanship with outstanding customer service. As our order book continues to expand, we’re looking for a General Labourer to join our hardworking and dedicated production team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cleaning machineries, tools, and workshop areas
- Blocking up, sanding, and preparing materials as required
- Assisting with general workshop duties and supporting production teams
- Loading, unloading, and organising materials
- Possible driving of local deliveries (full UK driving licence preferred)
- Following all site safety procedures and maintaining high housekeeping standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Practical, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks
- Good attention to detail and pride in keeping work areas clean and organised
- Experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential
- Driving licence is an advantage
