Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic GP to join our friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team.
The post-holder will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to our patient population, working autonomously and collaboratively within the practice team. You will play a key role in delivering primary care services, managing a diverse clinical workload and contributing to improving patient outcomes within a forward-thinking GP practice.

Main Duties of the Job
The successful candidate will:
- Provide high-quality clinical care through face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
- Manage a diverse range of acute and chronic conditions
- Undertake home visits where appropriate
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records (EMIS)
- Support the management of long-term conditions and preventative care
- Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and wider PCN
- Participate in QOF, enhanced services, and quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to clinical meetings and service development
- Work within GMC guidelines and maintain professional standards
About the Practice
We are a well-established, patient-centred GP practice serving a diverse population of approximately 15,000 patients. We are part of the Wandle PCN working closely with a wide range of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.

Essential Criteria
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and licence to practise
- Registered on the Performers List
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high standards of patient care
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience working in UK General Practice
- Experience with EMIS or similar clinical systems
- nterest in a specialist clinical area
- Knowledge of QOF and enhanced services
- Involvement in quality improvement projects
