About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a permanent basis.
This permanent role includes a guaranteed 8-hour shift every Sunday from 5:30am to 1:30pm. There will also be opportunities to work additional hours throughout the week, providing cover for annual leave, sickness, busy periods, and other operational requirements.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Process bookings and payments accurately.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and customer enquiries efficiently.
- Assist with golf bookings and general reception administration.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
- Follow all company policies, including Health & Safety procedures.
- Support the wider team with additional duties as required.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Be confident using computers and handling cash/card transactions.
- Be organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Have a positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service is desirable but not essential.
