What this job actually looks like
You'll visit people in their own homes — helping them stay independent, comfortable and connected to the life they love. Some days that's helping someone get dressed and ready for the day. Other days it's a cup of tea, a good chat, and making someone feel a little less alone. Every visit matters. Every person matters.
You'll support clients with:
- Morning and evening routines
- Personal care — washing, bathing, dressing
- Meals, light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication prompting and administration
- Getting out into the community
- Companionship — yes, this is a real and important part of the job

Who we're looking for

You'll need:
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
- The right to work in the UK
- Reliability, flexibility and a good heart
