Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and personable Sales Consultant to join our expanding team.
The Role
This is an exciting field-based sales position where you will visit residential park home communities across the UK, speaking directly with residents about the benefits of Air Source Heat Pumps and arranging free home surveys.
You will also build relationships with park owners and managers, attend open days and information events, and represent Eco Heat Installations in a professional and approachable manner.
This is a consultative sales role, focused on educating customers rather than applying pressure. Our aim is to provide honest advice that helps residents make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential park home communities across the UK.
- Meet with homeowners and tenants to discuss renewable heating solutions.
- Explain the benefits of Air Source Heat Pumps and Government funding available.
- Book free, no-obligation home surveys.
- Build strong relationships with park owners and site managers.
- Attend resident information days and promotional events.
- Follow up enquiries and maintain regular contact with prospective customers.
- Keep accurate records using the company CRM system.
- Achieve agreed sales and appointment targets.
- Represent Eco Heat Installations professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable travelling extensively.
- Professional in both appearance and communication.
- Honest, trustworthy and customer-focused.
- Positive with a can-do attitude.
Previous field sales experience is desirable but not essential. Experience within renewable energy, home improvements, heating, construction or customer-facing sales would be advantageous.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Own reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away overnight where required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email and CRM systems).
