Administrator Apprenticeship (Level 3)
Reports to: Reports to the Line Manager
Location: Myers & Co, Stoke-on-Trent
Overview:
To provide administrative, high quality support services across the firm and to all fee earners.
Deliver a professional, responsive, high-quality service to our clients ensuring full compliance with policies and procedures laid out by the Firm and by regulatory bodies.
To act as an ambassador for the Firm at all times, actively promoting its services.
Support:
Administrators will be supported in all aspects of the role by senior colleagues and the Line Manager for the team in which they work. Ongoing training and development will be provided to all Administrators, together with opportunities for furthering their careers.
Key Activities:
- The operation of the strong room (retrieving Wills and Deeds)
- The operation of the firms outgoing postal services and ensuring that all outgoing post is stamped or franked and dispatched or ready for collection each day
- To ensure the firms office stationery stock levels are maintained adequately, including placing orders and providing re-order stock information
- To comply with the firms requirements regarding individual performance and development, with the requirement to reflect on your quality of work and undertake the necessary training to stay up to date and competent
- To provide internal operational supporting, including but not limited to: fetching refreshments for the office, emptying the dishwasher, maintaining the coffee machines, clearing the meeting rooms after client meetings
- To support the firm to ensure that a high standard of client service is always delivered, including client hospitality within the office
- To provide reception cover on a daily basis
- To comply with any in house or external training requirements of the firm, including IT and compliance training
