Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Assistant / Trainee Lift Engineer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a long-term career within the lift engineering industry.
In this role, you will work alongside an experienced Lift Engineer, assisting with the servicing, maintenance, repair, and installation of various lift systems across commercial and residential sites. You will gain valuable hands-on experience while learning the skills required to progress within the industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Lift Engineer with servicing, repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Assisting with general site duties and supporting day-to-day labouring tasks as required
- Supporting fault-finding and basic troubleshooting tasks
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach on-site
Previous experience in the lift industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
