Shifts: Monday to Friday
Hours: 06:00am – 14:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

About the Role
WB Employment is currently recruiting Food Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established cookie bakery based in Warmley, Bristol.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy bakery producing high-quality cookies and sweet treats. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and are keen to develop their experience within a food production environment.
Monday to Friday working means you can enjoy your weekends off!
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and mixing ingredients for cookie production
- Measuring and weighing ingredients accurately
- Supporting the baking and production process
- Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and hygienic production area
- Working effectively as part of a busy bakery production team
- Following food hygiene, health & safety and production procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous food production, bakery or kitchen experience is desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail, particularly when weighing ingredients
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Able to follow recipes, instructions and food safety procedures
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
