We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our small but busy tapas kitchen.
Working Hours:
- Thursday to Sunday
- Flexible hours may be available depending on business needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining our signature tapas dishes to a high standard
- Carrying out daily food preparation and mise en place
- Managing busy service periods efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock rotation
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
About You:
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen
- Calm and organised under pressure during busy service
- Able to work independently and manage your work flow
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to high standards
- Experience with tapas or small-plate dining is desirable but not essential
This role would suit a confident chef who enjoys working in a close-knit team, takes pride in their work, and can consistently deliver quality food in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
