Summary
We are seeking a Workshop Assistant to join our team in. This role is vital in supporting our workshop operations, ensuring the seamless creation of bespoke kitchens that meet our high standards of quality and design. Based in, you will contribute to transforming ideas into reality for our valued clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and assembly of kitchen components in the workshop.
- Prepare components for assembly and finishing, including sanding, filling and masking where required.
- Support different departments as workloads require.
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.
- Help coordinate the production schedule to meet project deadlines.
- Support quality control processes during manufacturing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
- Proven experience or interest in woodworking, carpentry, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for craftsmanship and design.
- Prior experience in a workshop environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Follow all workshop health and safety procedures.

Pay: £24,420.00-£27,000.00 per year
