Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are coordinated effectively
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Support invoicing and billing processes through data entry and record keeping
- Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and distributing mail
- Maintain an organised workspace to promote efficiency across the office
- Support team members with ad hoc administrative duties as needed
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is required
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and basic office equipment operation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £24,420.00-£38,902.20 per year
