Production Operative – Immediate Start
Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd (IRS) is recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing company based in Wednesbury.
Location: Wednesbury
Pay: £12.71–£12.81 per hour
Hours: 07:00–15:00
This hands-on role involves building and assembling products using a variety of power tools. We’re looking for practical, reliable candidates who are comfortable working accurately in a fast-paced production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Building and assembling products
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Measuring materials accurately
- Reading a tape measure confidently
- Converting centimetres into millimetres
- Checking completed products for quality
- Keeping the work area clean and safe
Essential requirements
- Previous production, assembly or manufacturing experience
- Confidence using power tools
- The ability to read a tape measure accurately
- A good understanding of measurements, including converting cm to mm
- A reliable attitude and strong attention to detail
