Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our senior care facility. This vital role involves ensuring the highest standards of patient care, managing staff teams, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for senior and assisted living care, combined with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing healthcare environments. Duties
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of facility management, including staff supervision, resident care, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including dementia, Alzheimer's, hospice, and disability care
- Oversee medication administration, medical imaging procedures, laboratory testing, and other clinical services to ensure safety and accuracy
- Manage team staffing schedules, conduct performance reviews, and promote ongoing staff training in areas such as anatomy knowledge, assisted living practices, and patient care techniques
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards while fostering a compassionate environment that supports residents’ physical and emotional needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals on case management plans for residents requiring specialized support such as ICU or home care services
- Maintain detailed documentation of resident progress, incident reports, and compliance records to support quality assurance initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in assisted living or senior care environments with a strong understanding of dementia and Alzheimer's care
- Demonstrated management skills with supervising experience in healthcare settings such as nursing homes or hospice facilities
- Knowledge of anatomy, medication administration protocols, and medical imaging procedures
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
- Strong leadership abilities to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with residents’ families, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies
- Relevant certifications in healthcare management or nursing are preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged

Pay: From £43,200.00 per year
