Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Letting Agent to join our newly established letting & property management company. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating property rentals, liaising with clients and tenants, and ensuring smooth operational processes. Duties
- Assist prospective tenants with property viewings and provide detailed information about available properties
- Manage the end-to-end lettings process, including application screening, referencing, and tenancy agreements
- Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors to coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of rental properties to ensure standards are maintained
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities and update property management databases
- Advertise available properties through various channels to attract suitable tenants
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional manner
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing tenancy documents and processing rental payments
Requirements
- Previous relevant administrative experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties and client enquiries efficiently
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid UK driving licence is essential and having a car advantageous.
- A professional attitude with attention to detail and high levels of integrity

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
