Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with accuracy and flair in a diverse setting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with safety regulations
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Monitor and control alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal requirements and company policies
- Manage cash handling and basic math transactions efficiently and accurately
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and uphold high standards of hospitality
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in a bar/hospitality environment is essential
- Knowledge of safety standards and responsible serving practices is advantageous
- Strong time management and people skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times
- Knowledge and ability to be able to change a barrel
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions
- A personable attitude with a genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
- Must also be able to work weekends/evenings

- Must be able to work weekends/evenings on an ad-hoc basis (hours are based on when a booking requires a bar so there is no minimum amount of hours per week)
