Job Summary
We are seeking a plumber/ maintenance plumber to join the team. We work in a mixture of commercial and domestic buildings.

Duties
- Installation of general plumbing items.
- Servicing of unvented cylinders, TMV's, POU water heaters.
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems using mechanical knowledge and basic math calculations.
- Installation of radiators, pumps, zone valves, radiator valves, showers etc.
- Assist with assembly of plumbing components and related infrastructure projects..
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians or carpenters when necessary
- First and second fix bathrooms.
Skills
- Proficiency in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance techniques.
- Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to plumbing and heating systems.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and estimations.
- Knowledge of carpentry skills for supporting plumbing installations.
- Valid driving licence.
- No Gas qualification required.
- G3 unvented required.
- DBS required.
Pay: £36,500.00-£39,000.00 per year
