Job Summary:
To assist with the manufacturing of a variety of colour-matched bulk material stocks to enable the production team to operate effectively and efficiently.
Carry out assigned development tasks to assist Rainbow Dust Ltd to achieve their objectives.
Duties:
Manufacture the bulk product requirements as per the production plan and ensure correct product specification and quality standards are achieved.
- Actively participate in development and innovation projects and briefs.
- Adhere to policies and standard operating procedures for all aspects of manufacturing.
- Ensure paperwork is completed and relevant information is recorded, and all necessary records and quality data are maintained.
- Assist in the formulation and preparation of samples for trials as requested by NPD team.
- Actively participate in innovations meetings and support colleagues on a range of development projects.
- To support the business needs by doing other tasks such as running machinery.
- To help with the training and development of other employees.
- To observe and conform with all company policies and procedures.
- To assist and support the business in the delivery of their respective plans, as reasonably requested by them.
- Proactive and enthusiastic contribution to all aspects of the Rainbow Dusts, day to day functioning.
- Responsible for the quality, legality and food safety through the compliance of company procedures.
Requirements:

- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines

Working Hours:
8am - 4pm Mon-Thursday
8am - 1:30pm Friday
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
