We pride ourselves on delivering expert repairs, quality products, and outstanding customer service. We're looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our two stores in Fairhill Shopping Centre and Tower Centre, Ballymena.

Your Role
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for managing both store locations and leading a small team to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain high operational standards.
Working closely with the business owners, you will:
- Manage and support a small team across both stores, creating a positive and motivated working environment.
- Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Plan staff rotas and ensure appropriate cover across both locations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of both stores, ensuring they run efficiently and professionally.
- Oversee stock management, inventory control, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, store administration, and compliance with company procedures.
What We're Looking For
You'll be an organised, approachable leader with a passion for retail and customer service.
Ideally, you'll have:
- A minimum of three years' experience in a retail management role.
- Experience managing or supervising a small team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- A proven ability to motivate others and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in stock control, merchandising, and day-to-day retail operations.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across two store locations.
- Flexibility to work across both our Ballymena stores.
