Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and reliable Pottery Cafe Assistant to join our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has a passion for both hospitality and the arts.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare coffee and other beverages in a fast-paced cafe environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, drinks station, and customer areas.
Guide customers through the pottery painting experience including selecting items, explaining materials, and checking out.
Provide outstanding customer service: greet guests, answer questions, and ensure a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and organizing supplies.
Help coordinate and support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
