The Tooth Spa is looking for a creative, motivated and hands-on Marketing Lead to join our growing private dental practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with marketing experience who enjoys creating engaging content, managing social media and helping grow a premium dental brand.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the practice's social media presence.
- Create engaging content for:
- - Instagram
- - Facebook
- - TikTok
- Design and schedule social media posts and campaigns.
- Photograph and film treatments, the practice and team members.
- Edit photos and videos into high-quality marketing content.
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce monthly reports.
- Help increase new patient enquiries and brand awareness.
- Keep the practice website and online presence up to date.
- Assist with marketing for practice events, promotions and new services.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's marketing experience.
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook and TikTok business accounts.
- Experience using Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience running Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience with SEO and website updates.
- Confident using Canva or similar design software.
- Experience creating and editing photo and video content.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Desirable
- Previous experience within a dental practice or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of private dental treatments.

Hours
- 2 days per week

- This is an office-based role at The Tooth Spa, Leeds.
Salary
- Competitive, dependent on experience.
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
