We’re looking for a Live-in Care Assistant that have experience working with dementia clients. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you care for, we’d love to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with a client living with dementia / challenging behaviour and a minimum of 2 years as a live in-carer
- DRIVER with own car: To be able to transport client to and from activities, hospital appointments and do shopping.
- Professionalism: Being a representative for Right at Home and our core values
- Flexibility: Reliability and dependability are important.
- Listening & communication: Good communication skills are essential.
- Organisation & planning: Being organised and planning ahead is crucial.
- A caring nature: Compassion and empathy are key qualities.
- Interpersonal skills: Being respectful and patient
- Self-reliant: Being able to adapt to surroundings and run a home is necessary.
- Availability to work a live-in schedule of at least 2 weeks on and 3 weeks off.
