What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop new business through outreach, networking, and market research
- Source, interview, and qualify candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement
- Work towards clear targets with the support of your team and managers
- Become an expert in your specialist market
