This leading Motor Group are looking for an Assistant Manager for their Welwyn Garden City Autocentre . The basic would be £36K/£37k plus a monthly bonus giving you OTE £42k+. You must be able to look after staff, be well organised, have good communication skills and have good automotive knowledge and experience. The main responsibilities would be to help run the Centre with the Manager and look after it when the Manager is away. You will be dealing with customers and handling any day-to-day problems that arise to ensure the smooth running of the Centre. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and every other Saturday, 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. with a day off in the week when you work on a Saturday.
