Taylor Whitmore is recruiting on behalf of our client based in Hadleigh, Suffolk. for a reliable Warehouse Operative / Regrinder to join their busy manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role involves regrinding plastic materials, FLT operating maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and supporting warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Regrind plastic materials and correctly label them for future production.
- Mix materials ready for manufacturing.
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse and production area.
- Dispose of waste materials into the correct skips.
- Prepare plastic waste for recycling collection.
- Assist with wrapping palletised goods for dispatch.
- Support with incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Keep the regrind area clean and organised at all times.
- Assist colleagues across different departments when required.
- Follow all company Health & Safety procedures.
- Wear the required PPE throughout each shift.
- Maintain a high standard of work and confidentiality at all times.
About You
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is desirable.
- Counterbalance FLT licence
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail.
- Flexible and willing to support other departments when required.
- Committed to working safely and maintaining high standards.
