About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Operative to join our growing team. You’ll support a range of site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
· Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors
· Moving materials and maintaining a clean, safe work area
· Operating a range of excavators and dumpers along with basic tools and equipment
· Following health & safety procedures at all times
· Supporting general labouring duties as required
What We’re Looking For
· Previous construction or labouring experience preferred
· CSCS card (essential)
· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Good punctuality and reliability
